Online education during lockdown

Online education during lockdown
Today we're focusing on the online education during lockdown, specifically in Uganda. Once the President of Uganda his Excellency General Yoweri Kaguta Museveni informed the nation about the closure of educational institutes due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and encouraged online education to achieve academic continuity as an alternative; most high educations institutions have been able to continue studies via online platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, Google classrooms, Microsoft teams, etc. Without a doubt, there are still some hindrances such as network connection resulting in buffering when streaming class, high data expenses, and inaccessibility to the internet for the students in the rural areas. But with the ongoing roll-out of covid vaccines in the country, the situation will surely get better with time.
