 On 12 October 2021, Google officially launched the new version of the Android mobile operating system that is Android 12. Which is indeed a new operating system UI better referred to as Material You.

In a nutshell, it's made with the aim of meeting every Android Users' demands by giving them the power to customize their phone to better suit their workflow and day to day usage. And other impressive features such as:

i.) Privacy Dashboard which lets you know when an app demands permission eg Camera, Contacts, location access etc. With the provision to decline, grant permission. Based on the previous Android versions ie Android 11; privacy protection has been improved.

And also gives you an overview of your data within the privacy settings with the provision to clear data.

ii.) Location approximation which grants you to either give your exact location or location proximity. For the case of location permission.

Among the other features such as the Game Dashboard, Dim Screen, Translation within message app, New Widgets among others. These features are what makes Android 12 different.
